Welcome to the Central Oklahoma Quilters
Guild website!
Please
explore our website to learn more about our guild!
COQG was the dream of Betty Jo
Haines, founder and first president. Our first meeting was held in April 1980,
with 30 present, and we currently maintain a membership of over 400. We would
love to have you join us!
The purpose of COQG is to
stimulate an interest in quilts, to provide and advance the art of quilt making
and to conduct programs in design and technique.
We meet on the fourth Thursday
of each month (except Nov and Dec, which is the 3rd Thursday). We have two
meeting times: 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
We
meet at the St. John's Methodist Church, 1755 N Meridian, Oklahoma City, OK. Click
here for a map.
